Rolling fields, ample space, two ponds, a clubhouse and down-home hospitality  - provided by owner Dean Hatfield (pictured below at left) and his family. Their ideal venue has welcomed us for many of our HWA gatherings.

Airedales... being Airedales!

In  June, 2016, some of us were fortunate to participate in HWA’s Bridget Bodine's Retriever Seminar

that included intense training, making it possible for each

dog/handler team to learn & get a lot of individual attention.

Every HWA Nationals' event has a story to tell… and the same held true at our 31st Field Nationals, held in Sept. 2016.

With pleasure,we recall  the great work accomplished by some of the Airedales we saw, as well as remembering those who came to have fun, observe, learn & just have new experiences with their dogs.

If you attended the 31st Annual HWA Nationals, we hope our report brings back good memories.

Our events provide a wonderful experience

for Airedales both young & "old", and from "newbies" to seasoned hunters… and their

owners, too! It's all about gathering together.

The dogs teach us so much, and everyone

learns, laughs, & has fun!
