Deadline for reservations with out group rate at our host hotel, the Quality Inn in Chillicothe, OH is March 9, 2021. Deadline for your entry is March 5th. Location for the event is Holly Hills Game Preserve, near Chillicothe.
RV camping is an option some attendees might like, but space for camping isn't available at Holly Hills. However, nearby campgrounds some attendees will use include Painted Creek State Park, and Sun Valley Campground .
Because of Covid concerns, the Quality Inn’s complimentary breakfast is a selection of pre-packaged breakfast foods, such as sandwiches to microwave, muffins, cereals. If you’re not happy with that, there are fast-food restaurants such as McDonalds nearby for you to pick something up.
We’re asking our attendees please NOT to bring doughnuts, coffeecakes or goodies to share with the group. Sadly, a buffet of unwrapped foods not a good idea in these times.
Because of Covid concerns,instead of the usual hot lunch buffet at Holly Hills, Marcia Hatfield will be doing up individual sack lunches consisting of a wrapped sandwich, chips, cookies and condiments. You must pre-order your sack lunches on the entry/reservation form, since Marcia will make only as many as ordered (no leftovers for last-minute deciders). If you’d like something else, plan on bringing your own lunch.
